Room is a bit small

This hotel had an ideal location, only a short walk away from public transport and several eateries. It was also just a few blocks away from popular attractions like Ijinkan and the harbor. The room I stayed in was clean and well-equipped with a safe, kettle, and empty fridge. Plus, it was great to have a nearby supermarket open until 10 pm.

Great value for money. The room was clean and safe, with free PC usage, wifi and tasty breakfast included. Conveniently located within walking distance of public transportation and shopping malls. Another plus was the excellent and warm service provided by the staff.

Check-in time of 4pm and checkout time of 10am strictly enforced, which made it a bit inconvenient for a romantic escape. The size of the room was small, which could be a problem for some guests.

Our hotel is a short walk from the train station and bus terminal, making it easy to get around the city. Located in the center of Sannomiya, you can find plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. From here, you can walk down to the harbor and see all the main sights. The room was clean with good bathroom amenities, and service was friendly. The breakfast had a variety of Japanese dishes, free PCs are also available for use.

The hotel's English skills were limited at reception.
